Study Skills, Essential Knowledge & Practical Advice for A Level & Undergraduate History Students in Britain & Ireland
As tutors and students of History, we know the struggles faced by undergraduates today. We know that many students face difficulties - not just with developing skills and learning what history involves, but also in dealing with the kind of practical problems that no general guides can help with.
We also know that tutors and their institutions have limited time and resources to help individual students.
History Skills UK was created to address that issue by providing general advice to undergraduates and offering individual help on specific issues to those students that need them.
We have knowledge of most issues faced by undergraduates ourselves because, as both students and tutors, we have experience in both parts of the process involved in succeeding at university.
There is a whole industry of companies profiting from the needs of undergraduates. But unlike those expensive guidebooks and surveys, we offer a service that is predominantly FREE*. And we can offer practical as well as educational advice, as well as sessions tailored to the specific needs of individual students.
We are here to help you not just cope with university but succeed.
